All content presented in this demo is the exclusive authorship of Tayron Ali Portillo Salazar and has been developed for educational and demonstration purposes.

The scenarios, data, models and use cases presented are fictional representations based on real-life scenarios from industries such as fintech, banking, logistics and insurance. No real customer, company or individual data has been used.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SignalDeck (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Demo Service

2.1 Demonstration Purpose

This platform is a technical demonstration environment designed to illustrate the capabilities of ML/AI-based decision systems
The models, algorithms and methodologies are intellectual property of the author
Input and output data are simulated or synthetic

2.2 Representation of Real Scenarios

Use cases (fraud, KYC, credit risk, logistics) are based on real industry patterns and challenges
Metrics (TPR, FPR, ECE, Drift, Fairness) reflect professional practice standards
No specific implementation from any real company has been replicated

2.3 Trial Window

Trial accounts expire after 24 hours of inactivity. Data generated during the trial may be automatically deleted.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, design, algorithms, models and content of this platform are exclusive property of Tayron Ali Portillo Salazar. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the Platform solely for technical evaluation purposes
Not attempt to extract, copy or replicate the underlying algorithms
Not reverse engineer the system
Not overload the infrastructure (rate limits apply)

5. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

The author is not responsible for decisions made based on demo results. This system should not be used for production decisions without proper professional validation.

6. Privacy and Data

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. Data entered in the demo may be temporarily stored for debugging and service improvement purposes.
