Began architecting enterprise FinTech platforms after completing MBA + CS Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (Nicaragua). Early fascination with decision automation and risk assessment systems.

2011-2015 • Outsourcing Pioneer

Founded the first software outsourcing bridge between Nicaragua and USA, delivering complex FinTech integrations for American clients. Built as solo founder without external investment, recognized for quality and innovation in cross-border tech collaboration.

2020-2024 • Enterprise FinTech Architecture

Led remote engineering teams building cutting-edge platforms across FinTech, credit monitoring, loans, and financial services for U.S. enterprise clients. Architected scalable, secure, high-performance solutions with complex third-party integrations. Drove full software development lifecycle from early-stage prototypes to production-grade digital platforms, establishing modern architecture patterns and cross-functional collaboration practices.

2025 • SignalDeck Genesis

Unable to participate in prestigious IT policy fellowship due to forced exile. Transformed adversity into entrepreneurial opportunity: founded SignalDeck™ and developed the proprietary WAM-LC+ERL model (Weight-Adjusted Multi-Layer Contextual + Explainability-Reliability Layer) – combining 16+ years of FinTech experience with regulatory insight to create a compliance-first decision intelligence engine for Banking, Credit, Insurance, and Logistics.
