1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SignalDeck's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and SignalDeck™ ("SignalDeck", "we", "us", or "our"), currently operated by Tayron Portillo under the brand "iQuelo — SignalDeck™".
🚀 Pre-Incorporation Notice: SignalDeck™ is in stealth mode (pre-incorporation). Upon securing funding or forming a legal entity, these terms will be updated. Current operation is as a sole proprietorship under Tayron Portillo.
ℹ️ Business Use Only: SignalDeck is intended for business and commercial use. By using our Service, you represent that you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
2️⃣ Service Description
SignalDeck provides an AI-powered decision engine platform that delivers:
- Decision APIs across Banking, Credit, Insurance, and Logistics verticals
- Risk Assessment Models for fraud detection, KYC verification, credit evaluation, and more
- Real-time Decision Support via RESTful API endpoints
- Dashboard & Analytics for monitoring decision performance
⚠️ Decision Support Tool: SignalDeck provides decision recommendations and risk scores as a support tool. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the Customer. SignalDeck does not make binding decisions on behalf of customers.
3️⃣ Account Registration
Eligibility
To create an account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Represent a legally established business entity
- Have authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
4️⃣ Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You Agree NOT To:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
- Use the Service to make decisions that violate anti-discrimination laws (race, gender, religion, etc.)
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service without written authorization
- Overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or servers
- Scrape, data mine, or extract data beyond normal API usage
- Use the Service to compete with SignalDeck or build a similar product
🚫 Compliance Requirement: You must comply with all applicable laws, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific regulations (GLBA for financial services, HIPAA for healthcare, etc.).
5️⃣ API Usage & Rate Limits
Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits:
- Decision Quota: Maximum number of API decisions per month based on your plan
- Rate Limits: Maximum requests per minute/hour to prevent abuse
- Pipeline Access: Specific decision pipelines available in your package
Exceeding quotas may result in:
- API throttling (HTTP 429 responses)
- Overage charges (if enabled in your plan)
- Temporary service suspension until next billing cycle or upgrade
6️⃣ Billing & Payments
Subscription Fees
Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Free Trial
New customers receive a 35-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Payment Terms
- Automatic renewal unless canceled 7 days before renewal date
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
- Taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are added where applicable
Invoices & Receipts
- Invoices are automatically sent to your registered email address upon generation
- Payment confirmation emails are sent upon successful payment processing
- Payment failure notifications are sent if a payment attempt fails
- All invoices and payment history are available in your account dashboard at any time
- PDF copies of invoices can be downloaded from your billing section
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation: (1) Service access continues until the end of your current billing period; (2) NO REFUNDS are provided for unused time, partial months, or any prepaid amounts; (3) A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address documenting the cancellation; (4) Cancellation is final and your subscription will not auto-renew. By proceeding with cancellation, you acknowledge that you have read and accept our no-refund policy. SignalDeck reserves the right to maintain records of all cancellation requests for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.
⚠️ Important Refund Notice
By proceeding with cancellation, you explicitly confirm that: (a) you understand you will NOT receive any refund for unused time, (b) you accept that access continues until the end of your paid period, and (c) you acknowledge that cancellation is final and irreversible. This confirmation is recorded for legal purposes.
Cancellation Process
- Log in to your customer dashboard
- Navigate to Subscriptions → Edit
- Type "cancel" to confirm your intent
- Accept cancellation terms and no-refund policy
- You will receive a confirmation email with a legal record of the cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Account Active: Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Quota Available: The quota you already paid for will remain available until the month ends or you consume it entirely.
- Reports Access: Historical reports will remain accessible even if you have no remaining quota, for the remainder of your paid period.
- No Renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current period.
🚫 Strict No Refunds Policy
NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused time, partial months, unconsumed quota, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the service. By subscribing, you irrevocably accept this policy.
Record Keeping & Audit
SignalDeck maintains detailed records of all cancellations including: request date/time, IP address, session identifier, terms version accepted, and explicit user confirmation. These records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for regulatory compliance and protection against fraudulent disputes.
7️⃣ Intellectual Property
SignalDeck retains all rights, title, and interest in:
- The Service platform, API, and software
- Machine learning models, algorithms, and decision logic
- Trademarks, logos, and branding ("SignalDeck", logos, etc.)
- Documentation, guides, and training materials
You retain ownership of your data submitted to the Service. You grant SignalDeck a limited license to process and analyze your data solely to provide the Service and improve models (in aggregated, anonymized form).
8️⃣ Data & Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Notice.
Key points:
- We do NOT store sensitive PII (SSN, credit card numbers, full names, addresses)
- Decision data is retained for 180 days for analytics and dispute resolution
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and data protection regulations
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end users
9️⃣ Data Quality & Signal Validation Disclaimer
🚨 IMPORTANT: Customer Data Responsibility
SignalDeck's WAM-LC (Weighted Adaptive Model - Logit Corrected) and ERL (Expected Risk Loss) engines process signals and data provided by the customer. THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND QUALITY OF ALL DATA SUBMITTED TO THE PLATFORM.
No Validation of Input Data
⚠️ WAM-LC+ERL DOES NOT VALIDATE DEFECTIVE, ERRONEOUS, OR MALFORMED INPUT SIGNALS. Our decision engines analyze and process the data as received. If input data contains errors, inconsistencies, or false information, the resulting decisions will reflect those deficiencies.
Exclusions from Support Coverage
The following are NOT covered by technical support:
- Claims of incorrect results due to customer-provided data errors
- Disputes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated input signals
- Losses or damages attributable to data quality issues on the customer side
- Results that differ from expectations due to flawed input data
Customer Obligations
- Validate all data before submission to the platform
- Ensure data formats comply with API specifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date source systems
- Implement appropriate data quality checks on their end
- Report suspected platform errors through the official ticket system only after verifying input data accuracy
📋 Acknowledgment:
By using SignalDeck services, you acknowledge and accept that we do not guarantee the accuracy of results produced from defective input data. Any claim regarding decision accuracy must first demonstrate that the input data was correct and properly formatted.
🔟 Technical Support & Administrative Remedies
SignalDeck provides a formal support ticket system as the exclusive administrative channel for resolving technical issues experienced by customers.
Official Support Channel
All technical support requests must be submitted through the integrated ticket system accessible from your account dashboard. Support tickets are monitored and addressed by our technical team at support@iquelo.com. Upon ticket submission, you will receive a confirmation email and can track the status of your request.

Scope of Technical Support
- Platform access and authentication issues
- API connectivity and integration problems
- System errors, downtime, or performance degradation
- Feature functionality questions and guidance
- Account and billing technical issues
Response Times
We aim to respond to support tickets within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST). Urgent issues affecting service availability may receive expedited attention.
Ticket Audit Trail
All support ticket interactions are logged and maintained for legal compliance and quality assurance purposes. This audit trail may be used to document issue resolution for regulatory or legal requirements.
1️⃣1️⃣ Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of decision recommendations
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
- Defects will be corrected or results will meet your requirements
You acknowledge that:
- SignalDeck provides decision support, not definitive judgments
- You are solely responsible for final decisions made using our Service
- AI/ML models may produce incorrect or biased results
- You must conduct your own due diligence and comply with applicable laws
1️⃣2️⃣ Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SignalDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Including lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SignalDeck in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
1️⃣3️⃣ Termination
By You
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
By SignalDeck
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fail to pay fees when due (after grace period)
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Pose a security risk to the Service or other customers
Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (1) Your access to the Service will cease immediately, (2) We will delete your data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements), (3) You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination.
1️⃣4️⃣ Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:
- Email to your registered address
- Dashboard notification
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your account before they take effect.

⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia or federal courts located in Georgia.
